Once one detects a particular pattern (such as “delta paper airplane”, in the center), it can be focused on in up to 8 different orientations, with some effort required. One can animate the detected patterns through a relaxed (and relaxing!) effortless contemplation of the overall pattern, which causes the various sub-patterns to alternate spontaneously. Since the basic game-picture or pattern does not change, the player in effect creates the sub-patterns, in a process that is analogous to creative problem solving activities that depend on re-organizing the available data. Two orientations of the game-picture are provided, as well as a number of visual hints in the form of selected sub-patterns.
